Problem
Measures of performance have been used by management for ages to review current operational capabilities. Such measures have been used to assess both departmental and corporate performance, as well as trend performance achieved against plan.
SPC provides service to help ConocoPhillips Indonesia (COPI) in designing the KPIs solution and its functional specification for effectiveness. Even more importantly in that design, the metrics must be built into a performance measurement system that allows individuals and groups to understand how their behaviors and activities are fulfilling the overall corporate goals and reflect the existing department hierarchy.
Challenge
By completing this task, COPI’s Belanak Operation Area must have KPI Framework solution to build and implement effective KPIs, reflect to the corporate goal, based on department hierarchy and easy for expansion if new asset and its metric is required.
