1. Protocol Unification
Successfully established a unified communication platform across diverse industrial control systems, including:
- Allen-Bradley: MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix.
- Siemens: From legacy S7-200 controllers to the latest S7-1500 series.
- Modbus Devices: Various industrial devices communicating through Modbus Serial and Modbus TCP protocols.
By bridging these different technologies, we enabled seamless data acquisition across multiple generations of industrial automation systems.
2. Seamless OT-IT Convergence
Enabled reliable, real-time industrial data collection and seamless integration with the enterprise IT environment by leveraging Kepware KEPServerEX DataLogger to transfer operational data directly into a PostgreSQL database.
This implementation established a robust data integration foundation, connecting shop-floor operations with enterprise-level information systems.
