2001

Company was founded

Foundational Milestone PT Scada Prima Cipta was established in Bandung, Indonesia, marking the beginning of its commitment to delivering integrated engineering solutions. Founded amidst rapid industrial growth, the company laid a solid foundation to become a trusted long-term partner for the national energy and manufacturing sectors.

2002

System Integrator SCADA / Automation

First Expansion: Industrial Automation & SCADA Systems SPC expanded its service portfolio by officially becoming a System Integrator for SCADA and Industrial Automation technology. The company began designing and integrating high-level control systems to help plants and industrial facilities operate with greater structure and efficiency.

2005

ICT Services

Second Expansion: Information & Communication Technology Solutions Recognizing the growing need for operational data connectivity, SPC launched its ICT Services. This step strengthened the company's capability to bridge Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) through robust industrial network infrastructures.

2008

Maintenance & Reliability Services

Third Expansion: Asset Maintenance & Reliability Solutions SPC introduced its Maintenance & Reliability Services division to support the long-term lifecycle of clients' critical assets. This service ensures high availability and minimizes unplanned downtime across industrial operations.

2017

AI/ML & Industrial Data Analytics

Digital Transformation: Advanced Data Analytics & Machine Learning To address the era of industrial digitalization, SPC developed a specialized business unit for Industrial Data Analytics powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This innovation converts real-time production data into predictive insights for asset optimization and smarter risk management.

OT/IT Cybersecurity Development

Security Enhancement: OT/IT Cybersecurity Solutions Recognizing the critical importance of safeguarding vital infrastructure, SPC expanded into integrated Cybersecurity solutions tailored specifically for OT/IT environments. This initiative ensures that customers' automation systems and digital ecosystems remain protected against evolving cyber threats.

PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
Leads the company's overall strategic and operational direction, responsible for business growth, relationships with key clients (oil & gas, geothermal, power, and manufacturing), and ensuring all divisions operate in alignment with SPC's vision as a leading AVEVA/Schneider Electric system integrator in Indonesia.

HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs)
Manages recruitment, engineer competency development, personnel administration, and general company operations (facilities, permits, and labor compliance) to support the smooth execution of field projects.

Supervisor: Oversees day-to-day HR & GA operations, including employee administration, project logistics, and office/site facility support.

INTELLIGENCE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY (ICT)
Responsible for internal IT infrastructure as well as information technology solutions that support client OT system integration — including network architecture, data security, and digital platforms that bridge IT-OT systems.

Leader: Coordinates the ICT team in planning and executing projects, ensuring technical standards (e.g., IEC 62443, Purdue model segmentation) are applied consistently across all client projects.
Senior Engineer: Carries out technical implementation — network configuration, data diode/gateway deployment, system integration, and troubleshooting both in the field and during commissioning.

AUTOMATION
Handles the design, configuration, and integration of control and SCADA systems for clients — covering AVEVA PI System, Wonderware Historian, Honeywell Experion, FactoryTalk, Siemens TIA Portal/WinCC, and Allen-Bradley PlantPAx platforms.

Leader: Leads the automation team in solution design, project resource allocation, and serves as the primary technical liaison with clients during FAT/SAT and commissioning phases.
Senior Engineer: Performs PLC/DCS/SCADA configuration, HMI development, OPC DA/UA and Modbus TCP integration, and technical testing and documentation (FAT/SAT reports, tag registers).

MAINTENANCE & RELIABILITY
Responsible for the ongoing performance and reliability of systems installed at client sites, including predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and the development of analytical models (soft sensors, MPC) for operational optimization.

Leader: Manages maintenance schedules, leads root cause analysis of system disruptions, and coordinates the development of reliability/predictive models with the data science team.
Senior Engineer: Performs preventive/corrective maintenance of control systems, develops and validates analytical models (soft sensors, MPC, Ridge/ARX/GBM), and reports on asset performance.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING
Develops new business opportunities, maintains relationships with existing and prospective clients across the oil & gas, geothermal, power, and manufacturing sectors, and prepares proposals and marketing strategies to expand SPC's project portfolio.

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
Manages company finances, including project budgeting, billing, financial reporting, and contract administration and compliance with applicable regulations.
